Trifle – Choc (Recette Marcolini)

Description

Les Trifles dans leur version  chocolat se composent des différentes couches suivantes montées dans un verre à thé : dans le fond : une pâte 4/4 émiettée puis une mousse au chocolat façon Marcolini. Vient alors la finition avec la Chantilly, une feuille de menthe… La version standard comprend une pâte 4/4  imbibée au Rhum 12 ans de Medellin. C’est une option : une version sans alcool peut être commandée.

The Trifles in their chocolate version consist of the following different layers mounted in a tea glass: in the bottom: a crumbled 4/4 pastry then a Marcolini-style chocolate mousse. Then comes the finish with Chantilly, a mint leaf… The standard version includes a 4/4 pastry soaked in 12-year-old Rum from Medellin. This is an option: a non-alcoholic version can be ordered.
